Key Responsibilities

You will develop new B2B customers for us and present our services in the field of digital transformation. With your sales talent, you will bring companies and our innovative solutions together.

  • Active acquisition of new B2B customers in the field of digital transformation

  • Presentation of our services and solutions for digital HR, purchasing, and sales processes

  • Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships

  • Conducting consultations and needs analyses

  • Negotiating contracts through to successful conclusion

  • Independently managing your sales territory

Candidate profile

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the IT or digitalization environment

  • Strong sales talent and high closing orientation

  • Experience with services that require explanation and complex sales pocesses

  • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working

  • Excellent communication skills and a persuasive manner

  • Existing contacts with decision-makers in companies are an advantage

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and a high level of self-motivation
